Are the pendants handmade or mass-produced?
Each Upper Moon Pendant is handcrafted in small batches, not mass-produced. Even though they’re handmade, every pendant is carefully finished to be flawless and consistent in quality.

What’s the process behind the artwork?
Every pendant starts as an original idea inspired by the character’s energy and story. From there, we team up with an independent artist to co-create a custom design that captures that vibe perfectly. Nothing is copied or rushed each piece is built from scratch to feel unique, authentic, and true to the character.
Can I wear the pendant daily or in water?
Yes the pendant is made with stainless steel and 18k gold plating (for gold versions), so it’s safe for daily wear and water-resistant. While it can handle rain, sweat, and the occasional splash, we recommend avoiding long soaks to keep it looking flawless long-term.
Where is my order shipped from?
We ship from multiple warehouses depending on stock availability. This includes facilities in North America and Asia, depending on the item and stock availability.
