  • In-stock items: 1–3 business days for processing.

  • Custom or made-to-order items: 3–5 business days for processing.

  • Orders placed after our daily cut-off may begin processing the next business day.

  • During peak launches, holidays, or promotions, please allow an additional 1–3 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

  • United States: 5–10 business days (tracked service).

  • Canada: 3–7 business days (tracked service).

  • International: 7–15 business days (tracked service, depending on destination).

Please note these are carrier estimates and do not include processing time. Carriers may experience delays outside of our control.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.

  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
