I just received my tracking number. Why isn't there an update yet?
Your shipment may have been prepared before the carrier's first scan appears. Give the carrier some time to process the package and check again later.
My tracking hasn't moved. Is my package lost?
Not necessarily. Carrier scans can take time to update while your package moves between facilities.
I ordered a pre-order item. When will it ship?
Pre-order products follow the estimated ship timing shown with the pre-order offer. Once your order ships, you'll receive your tracking number by email.
Why is my order taking longer than the estimate?
Delivery windows are estimates. Promotions, holidays, weather, customs and carrier delays may affect delivery timing.
My tracking says delivered, but I don't see my package.
Check around your delivery area, mailbox, front desk and with anyone else at your address. If you still can't locate it, contact the carrier and our support team.
Where do I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number is emailed to the address used at checkout once your package ships. Check your inbox, spam and promotions folders.
