    1. How much does shipping cost?

    Upon checkout you will be presented with shipping options based on your location, ranging from $3.95-$8.95. We offer standard worldwide shipping as well as priority-insured shipping. ALL orders will include a tracking number.


    2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Please allow for 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed, our fulfillment team will pack your order and provide a tracking number. Once shipped, allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive domestically. International orders may take 5-12 business days for your order to arrive.

     

    3. What does "Priority + insured" shipping include?

    Orders with the priority shipping option will be fulfilled ASAP resulting in a faster shipping time. Orders with the insured shipping option will have full coverage for any issues that occur during the shipment process. 


    4. When are particular items released?

    5. Do you guys re-stock your inventory?
    We typically keep products in stock. In the event of out-of-stock products, please contact us on social media for more information regarding restocks. 


    6. Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
    We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that upon receiving your order, there is a 30-day window where refunds and exchanges can be made.


    7. My credit card was declined. What happens now?
    We do not receive payments for denied transactions, although they may appear as pending or processed on your account. Charges that have been declined are cleared and the funds become available again. This procedure normally takes a few days to complete.
